The TAVO Next is a budget stroller that is able to accommodate children weighing up to 50 pounds. It's incredibly spacious, and its seat can recline easily and lays flat. It's simple to open and shut and comes with an large canopy that has a peek-a-boo venting and a peek-aboo window. Nuna updated the TAVO harness for 2021 by adding Magnetech Secure Snap. This allows it to be secured securely and quickly with just one hand.

The TAVO is a great option for parents who want to save money. However it's not the ideal option if you need a bassinet or reversible seat. It's only able to be oriented only one way, and does not come with any accessories, like a bassinet stand or rain cover. The MIXX Next is the better choice for those who need more space because it can accommodate these accessories.

The TAVO features an inbuilt suspension system called Free-flex that allows you to travel near or far and even transport your child from the car to the curb. The large, luxurious seat allows baby to unwind and drift off to a dreamland. Parents will also appreciate the compact fold-away axle and MagneTech Secure Snap.

The TAVO is incredibly easy to fold and can stand upright when folded which makes it ideal for small spaces like closets, garages or trunks. It's more expensive than other two-in-one prams 2 in 1, but it's a worthwhile investment as the quality and performance of this model is top-notch.

The stroller comes with a harness that can be pulled in one pull, making secure your child's seat a breeze. It features a sun canopy that has XXL panels that can be removed and peek-aboo windows. It has a convenient tray for parents to store drinks, snacks and phones. The telescopic handlebar adjusts to suit the height of parents, and the brake is easy to access and safe for children to operate.

Through our tests, we discovered that the Roo+ was a dual stroller that was able to handle. It can navigate most types of terrain, but it can be difficult in grassy areas and on gravel. It isn't easy to steer over and up 1-inch curbs. We don't recommend using this stroller off-road or on stairs, however it does have a great suspension to limit bumps for passengers.

Although the Roo+ has a large under-seat storage container but it's not easy to access without removing infant car seats. This is a common issue with twin frame strollers, however Joovy does offer a separate under-seat baby carrier bag to assist with this issue.

Contrary to other top-scoring models the Roo+ does not have a self standing fold or cup holders. This is a minor sacrifice to make for its car seat compatibility and storage features however we'd prefer to have more flexibility from our strollers. Its flexibility in seating configuration is a benefit, however, as it allows parents to place their infant car seats facing opposite directions or in the same direction to better suit their requirements.

5. Delta Children LX Side by Side

The Delta Children LX Side by Side received a top score in both weight and folded size making it the best value in our double umbrella stroller review. It also scored highly for maneuverability, which is an important quality for parents who are looking for a stroller for travel that can fit in smaller spaces. The Delta is a bare-bones product with a few features that other strollers that we tested offer, like the deep recline and large storage baskets. However, it's a great option for families on a budget and for those who require a secondary stroller for occasional use, such as an outing to the zoo.

The LX Side-by-Side is a lightweight and compact stroller. It is easy to turn and push. Its frame is short, it has rotating wheels in the front and padded shoulder pad ensure an easy ride. The multi-position reclining seats as well as cup holders for parents allow for a comfortable ride for passengers.

It also has a large canopy that is European style that offers shade from the sun as well as some protection from light winds. It also has two storage bags and an all-around harness with five points for security.

The Delta took less than three minutes to assemble, the quickest time in our test group. The manual is mediocre and the assembly does not require tools.
