If you're looking for a hands-free robot vacuum that has mopping capabilities, the Yeedi Cube is one of the more flexible alternatives. It's one of a variety of robot vacuum with mop vacuums that also feature mops but comes at a cheaper price than many of the competitors.

As with most robovacs the Yeedi Cube also requires some work to get it started. This involves establishing an app account and connecting the device to your WiFi network. Once you've completed that, the machine will begin vacuuming and mopping with ease.

It is important to note that the mapping process takes a while and may take a few times before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate picture of your space. Additionally the object detection is hit or miss; it was able to skim over furniture and other obstacles, but was stuck on a looser tassel and had to turn its back to release itself. These are minor flaws and the Yeedi Cube remains a great option for those looking for a cleaning companion that does everything.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete delivers a three-in-one home cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping uses an alternating motion that's similar to hand scrubs. This results in floors being cleaned and not just swept. The vacuum stick that can be detached is an absolute game changer that can reach places even a robot vacuum cannot.

This model is essentially identical to the popular X2 Omni but with a slightly higher suction capacity of 8,700Pa and a few additional features that are smart. The RGBD sensor upgrade is able to learn your home's surroundings and provide an adaptive obstacle avoidance. The smart app allows you to customize a number of settings, including AI cleanings and virtual boundaries.

The X2 Combo is also self-prepping and has both the robot vacuum as well as the mop returning to their charging base after each job to wash their pads and empty their dust bins and then place the debris in bags that self-seal. This helps keep the system clean and prevents allergens recirculating. The battery's life is enough to clean large areas without needing the battery to be charged mid-clean.

Its navigation technology performed well, navigating close to walls without falling and staying clear of stairs. However, it did struggle with finely engrained debris and was not always able to remove raised thresholds in rooms. Its operating sound level is also quite high, so this model might not be as easy to set and forget as the other models.

The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, has a docking systems that allow it to replenish its clean water, empty the dustbin, dry and wash the mop, as well as empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance easy and helps the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors in an ongoing basis. Eufy's application lets you manage all of its functions. It gives you an easy overview and a variety of options for configuration.

The docking station acts as an unmanned maintenance center that automatically washes and dries the mops and refills them with detergent and distilled water. The base station has an integrated dust removal system that compacts dust and allows for seven weeks of maintenance-free operation.

6. S10

This robot is a few hundred dollars less than the S8 and does a great job of keeping my home office tidy. It can also reach all corners of my tiny apartment. It uses a laser mapping camera and laser to create a 3D model of your home so that it knows what to stay clear of. It has an object/obstacle detector that will stay clear of things like dog bowls and toys (but not Poop) unlike other vacuums.

Other great features include a self-emptying dustbin as well as a mop that's self-washing, adjustable for water temperature and an extended side-reaching brush that is able to reach areas that other mops miss. You can also set up cleaning schedules within the app and adjust the settings for each room of your home.

Like the S8, it has multi-room smart mapping, and can distinguish between carpets, laminate and hardwood with high-pile rugs. It also lets you skip cleaning rooms that aren't dirty if you're looking to reduce time. It's a great option when you have a mix of flooring in your home but aren't looking to spend the extra money for the Roborock with advanced mapping features.

7. Q5 Pro

If you're looking for a versatile robot vacuum and mop that can handle both regular daily maintenance as well as touch-ups to wet messes, this robot is a great option. It has a range of features, including a self emptying dustbin, a separate dock to refill water, and adjustable settings through the app. It's surprisingly quiet and can navigate around furniture legs and socks with ease. However, it isn't able to take care of tangled rug tassels and it's battery drains a little quicker than other models in our tests.

With a price tag of less than $250 it's the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly powerhouse that packs serious suction and handy automation into a sleek. It didn't perform as well as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our vacuuming tests however, it performed very well. It has a range of cleaning modes, ranging from the low power 'Quiet mode which is suitable for small debris to the powerful "Turbo mode" for carpeted areas. It can even remove and reconnect the mop pads, without getting your carpets soaked.

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is a great two-in-one robot vacuum and mop for people who live in tiny areas. It's very quiet and fast, and it does a great job of navigating tight spots. It's also extremely effective in removing pet hair from carpeting.

It's smaller than many of its competitors however, it doesn't compromise any features. It has good suction power and can be configured to take pictures of every object it picks (i.e. chew toys, socks) and mark them in the app as 'not located' so that they are not taken up in subsequent cleanings. Its photos are encrypted, and are not tied to your account.

It does a fantastic job of vaccuming, however it isn't as good at mopping. It makes use of disposable wipes that clip onto the bottom of the bot and drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal that have water reservoirs, and automatically wash and attach their mophead.
