The Cybex Gazelle is an excellent option for parents who want to invest in a stroller that can grow with the family. It is a "modular" stroller or "convertible" stroller that can be set up in more than 20 ways to accommodate various seats including infant car seats, cots and cradles.

We are awestruck by the fact that the Cybex Gazelle is lightweight and easy to maneuver making it perfect for parents who want to explore. It also has a huge storage basket underneath and plenty of attachments to give parents the option to take their grocery items or light shopping with it. It's a little more expensive than some other 2 in 1 buggy and car seat in 1 prams but it's worth the cost as the quality and function of this model is top-notch.

This stroller has an easy-pull harness that makes securing your child in the seat a breeze and comes with sun canopy with XXL removable panels as well as peek-a-boo windows. It also has a practical tray for parents to store drinks, snacks and phones. The telescopic handlebar adjusts to fit the height of parents and the brake is easy to access which makes it safe for children to operate.

In our tests, we noticed that the Roo+ was a dual stroller that performed well. It is able to navigate through most terrains, but has trouble on grassy areas and over gravel. It can be difficult to steer it up and over curbs that are 1 inch in height. We don't recommend using this stroller off-road or on stairs, however it does have a great suspension to minimize bumps for the passengers.

The Roo+ has a large storage bin underneath the seat, but it's difficult to access without taking off infant car seats. This is a common problem with twin frame strollers, but Joovy offers a separate under-seat baby carrier bag to help address this issue.

Contrary to other top-scoring models the Roo+ does not have self-standing folds or cup holders. It's a small cost to pay for the car storage and seat compatibility, however, we'd prefer a stroller with a bit more flexibility. The stroller's flexibility in seating configuration is a huge benefit. Parents can put their infant car seats either the opposite direction or in the same direction, based on their preferences.

5. Delta Children LX Side by Side

The Delta Children LX Side by Side scored a high score for both weight and folded size, making it the best value in our double umbrella stroller review. It also scored highly for its maneuverability which is an essential feature for parents looking for a stroller that will fit into small spaces. The Delta is a bare-bones product with a few features that other strollers we tested include, such as the deep recline and large storage basket. It's a great option for families with a tight budget or for those who only need a second stroller occasionally such as for trips to the zoo.

The LX Side by Side is a lightweight compact stroller that's easy to push and turn. Its relatively small frame with swivel front wheels, swivel rear wheels and padding for the shoulder pads ensure a smooth ride for your kids. It's comfortable for passengers with a multi-position recline seat and parent cup holder.

It also has a huge European-style canopy that offers shade from the sun and some protection against light wind. It also comes with two storage bags as well as a five-point harness to ensure safety.
