The hood, as an example is able to snap onto the YOYO2 in a calm way. It is also machine washable at 30deg which helps prevent staining caused by smushed and mashed carrot puffs and rice cakes. The Newborn Pack and bassinet can be used from birth as prams. It can also be transformed into a stroller at 6 months with the YOYO connect to additional chassis.

The Xplore also comes with two canopies that move from the front to the back, offering ample sun protection for all family members. It has a smaller footprint than other wagons. This might not be ideal for long drives or napping.

The frame on the Xplore is solid and sturdy but it doesn't have as much flexibility as other wagons we tested. It is also more difficult to fold than many of the competition, and it does not close tightly when folded. It is easy to move, however, and it can fit through narrow doors of 28 inches.

3. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side

This Delta Children bare-bones travel stroller is a great choice for parents who are looking for a second stroller that is affordable. It scored well in our Strollers & Multiples Test for its weight and folded dimensions. This means it's lightweight and compact when folded and easy to move and store in a trunk of a car. It also comes with a multi-position reclined seat and cup holders for the parent. Other key features include two large storage bags that hang from the ceiling and 360-degree shock-absorbing front wheels.

It did better in our push and turn test than a lot of the other strollers we tested, but it is still difficult to maneuver over uneven terrain or through narrow doors. Its sunshades were among the tiniest of strollers we test. They only cover the top and do not have peekaboo windows. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 and Zoe Twin+ have larger sunshades.

It took us under three minutes to put together the Delta using a standard manual. All of the components required tools. However, it's missing certain essential features that we think you should consider non-negotiable for a double stroller for example, a larger basket and reclining seats with adjustable leg rests.

It's a breeze to manoeuvre and the one-hand reclining of the seat and the huge shopping basket make it simple for parents to get their child in and out quickly. Despite being a narrow pushchair it handled the everyday bumps well and was able to pass through doorways without fuss.

The front wheels can be locked into forward positions or allow them to swivel which helps when covering rough terrain. We allowed the front wheels to rotate during our walk on an uneven path. It was able to handle this well, although it seemed a little bumpier.

5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2,

Baby Jogger is most famous for its three-wheeled, all-terrain strollers that jog. However, they also manufacture a vast range of 4-wheeler pushchairs. The City Tour 2 is one of their most popular models. It folds easily and fits easily in the car's boot even with the carrycot attached.

It is a bit heavier than other strollers we tested but the wheels are a rubber composite, which makes it feel well-built and durable. It is able to maneuver effortlessly across all kinds of terrain, and it's easy to move even with two kids and shopping bags.

The carrycot and seat both come with hoods with pull-down sun canopy extensions that are UV50+. They are sturdy and waterproof, unlike other hoods for prams that can be blown back into toddlers' faces.

It's not a lot of storage space, but it comes with a large basket deep enough to accommodate a changing bag or plenty of food. It can also be connected with a Baby Jogger infant car seat to create a travel system for babies as big as 20 lb (car seat and adapters sold separately). The City Tour 2 is a good choice if you want to use a stroller on the go.

6. Nuna Mixx Next

Nuna Mixx was a stroller that captured the hearts of a lot of parents when it first debuted. It's a stroller made of aluminum that can see you through your baby's first years and beyond. It has many standout features, like the ability of the seat to be turned between the front facing parent and the outside and a huge UPF50+ canopy that has a flip-out eyeshade, and an adjustable handlebar.

The wheels are strong and filled with foam, which reduces the risk of punctures and the chassis has built-in suspension that takes the sting out of rough terrain. Our test driver found it easy to push and was able to maneuver it through narrow streets with ease.

It locks automatically and folds in just four steps. It also stands and can be carried by trolley for easier transport in the car's boot or down the stairs at home. It also comes with a travel system ready with the option to add a car seat and a carrycot using the adaptors that come with it. In twin mode the seats can face one another or rotate around to face parents, theoretically reducing sibling fights over who gets to sit with dad and mom. It comes with a huge gear tray, a bottle holder and snack trays. It also has an automated frame lock as well as a compact fold.

8. Baby Jogger Urban Glide 2.

The Thule Urban Glide 2 is a jogger that's ideal for parents who want to keep active. It's one of the lightest strollers you can purchase for your child. It comes with excellent safety features such as a 5-point harness as well as a safety wrist strap. It also features a twist hand brake which is different from the lever type used on rival models.
