The TAVO is a great option for parents who want to save money. However, it's not the best option if you're looking for a bassinet or reversible seat. It only faces only one way, and it doesn't have the capacity to allow for a car seat or other accessories such as the bassinet stand or rain cover, cup holder or a tray for snacks for children. The MIXX Next is the better option for those who want more because it can accommodate these accessories.

It also has a huge storage basket beneath and a wide range of attachments that allow parents to carry lighter shopping items or groceries with it. It's more expensive than some other 2 in 1 highchair in 1 prams but it's well worth the purchase because of the quality and functionality of this model are top-of-the-line.

This stroller has a one-pull harness to make securing your child in the seat a breeze and features sun canopy with XXL panels that can be removed and peek-aboo windows. It also has a practical tray for parents to keep drinks, snacks and phones. The handlebar can be adjusted to fit the parents' height and the brake is easily accessed, making it safe to operate for children.

Our mom tester Sophie from London used the stroller with two daughters aged 5 and 10 months. She used it on bumpy hilly ground and cobbled streets, and found it to be very smooth and easy to maneuver. The large shopping basket and ergonomically designed padded footrests made her feel at ease. 4. Joovy Twin Roo+

The Twin Roo+ is a minimalist frame stroller that has car seat compatibility. It also has an enormous storage container. It's among the lightest twin strollers available. It weighs just 24 pounds. without infant car seat attachments. It's very light for a double stroller. It's a little heavier than the UPPAbaby V2 double and the Thule Urban Glide 2 in 1 stroller and car seat double.

The Roo+ comes with a quick-start guide and is simple to use. It snaps together easily and takes less than 10 minutes to get road-ready. It doesn't come with a canopy built-in which means your kids will require their own sunshades if they need extra coverage from the elements.

Through our tests, we noticed that the Roo+ was a dual stroller that was able to handle. It's able to navigate most types of terrain with ease, however it has trouble going over grassy areas and gravel. It can also be difficult to steer it up and over curbs that are 1 inch in height. This stroller is not recommended to use on the stairs or off-road. However, its suspension system can help to reduce bumps.

Although the Roo+ has a large under-seat storage compartment, it's difficult to access without taking off the infant car seats. This is a common problem with twin frame strollers, however Joovy does offer a separate baby carrier bag under the seat to help address this issue.

Unlike top-scoring strollers, the Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. This is a small sacrifice to make for its car seat compatibility and storage options, but we'd prefer to have a bit more flexibility from our strollers. Its seating configuration versatility is a benefit, however, as it lets parents put their infant car seats facing opposite directions or 2 in 1 buggy and car seat the same direction, to better suit their requirements.

5. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side

Delta Children LX Side by Side scored highly for weight and folded size. It is the best value double umbrella stroller we've seen in our review. It also scores well for maneuverability, a key quality for parents who are looking for a stroller for travel that can fit into smaller spaces. The Delta is a basic model that lacks some features that other strollers in our testing include, such as a deep recline or large storage basket. It is a great choice for families with a limited budget and for those who need an additional stroller for occasional use, such as an outing to the zoo.

The LX Side by Side is a lightweight, compact stroller that is easy to push and turn. Its relatively small frame with swivel front wheels, swivel rear wheels and cushioned shoulder pads offer an easy ride for your little ones. The multi-position reclining seats as well as cup holders for parents ensure that passengers are comfortable.

It also has an enormous canopy that is European style that offers shade from the sun and some protection against light winds. It also comes with two storage bags as well as a five-point safety harness and two storage bags.
