It also features an automatic mop lifting mechanism, that will raise the pad when it transitions from tile to laminate or hardwood to carpet and rugs, thereby avoiding soaking these types of soft surfaces.

In addition to this it is also the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad can be cleaned and dried in the dock, and the dust bin is automatically empty and returned to it. You can set it to forget about it. You will only need to refill the water tank or replace the dust bag occasionally.

All of this is powered by a 5,200mAh lithium-ion battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its standard mop- and vac-settings for approximately 160 minutes before it began to run out of power and returned to its base to recharge. This is not far off of the 180 minutes Roborock claims and is in line with other hybrids that I've tested.

It's a robust, well-rounded product. The only issue is that it's costly. But its abundance of features makes it a tempting alternative for anyone who wishes to get rid of their old stick vacuums and mop. We would highly recommend this vacuum for those who can afford its cost.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a high-end combination. Its premium price tag is justified by its powerful features, which include a large vacuuming capacity and two gyrating mops. It also comes with an app-based controller that is smart and a mighty obstacle avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuums and mop combos available with a suggested retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed admirably across the house. It removed 98.4 percent of the debris on all kinds of floors and was able to lift long hair without tangling. The mops were also excellent and produced excellent cleaning results with less effort than most mid-range models, thanks to their rotational motion as well as a strong dose of cleaning solution.

However, the L10S Ultra's real selling point is its innovative multi-functional docking station. The dock emptys its dust bin into dirt bag, then refills its water tank for mopping and dry its mop pads for you. It also comes with an in-real-time system for detecting hazards and allows you to schedule periodic cleaning sessions via its intelligent controls.

Unlike the other hybrid vacuum mops I've tried The L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced debris removal on carpets. Additionally it's not as efficient in removing stubborn stains as those found in the top Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

In spite of the L10S Ultra's high-end features, it still requires regular care and maintenance. To avoid mildew and unpleasant odors, the base station dustbag, water, and tanks need to be cleaned and emptied regularly. They also need to be dried. The mop pads that are sold separately will also require replacement every few months.

With the L10S Ultra's high-end pricing and its extensive features, I would recommend it to anyone with the budget for it. If you're on a budget, I recommend a more basic model that lets you to save money while still being able to enjoy hands-free cleaning in your home. It's important to note that even if the L10S Ultra is the best robotic vacuum and mop combination you can find but its high cost and maintenance costs will ultimately make it more of a wish than a need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking for a robotic mop and vacuum that can remove dust and dirt on your floors while taking care of wet mess then look no further than the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful robovac/mop set-up is a mighty suction power of 8,000 Pa. It also has a huge battery capacity that can be used for both vacuuming as well as mowing. It is also equipped with a top-notch obstacle-avoidance system. It has a roller-mop that cleans itself which makes it stand out from models which require you to return to the base station to wash off the mop pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a major contrast to the microfiber pads and spinning discs of other robots. Its roller runs almost the entire width of the robot and is constantly dosed with ozonated, clean water from its dock. The roller scrubs the floor while taking in dirt. Any dry debris is removed using the side brushes, or swept up into the front collision bumper. The S1 Pro comes ready to use right out of the box as do most robotic vacuums and mops. It does need to be filled with clean water, however this is easy to do by cleaning the dock. If you'd like to use your own cleaner, you can add cleaning solution to dock. If you decide to opt for this feature you'll need to purchase the brand-name cleaning solution from Eufy, which is more expensive than other robot brands that allow users to use their own choice of cleaners.

As with most robots that vacuum and mop like it, the S1 Pro did well in accuracy in navigation and coverage tests. It was fast to map a room, and it was able to navigate through furniture. The only issue is that it got stuck a couple times on carpets with longer piles and rugs during my tests however this could be rectified when the software is upgraded. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that offers lots of features at a reasonable cost.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's cheapest mop and vacuum. However, it has some outstanding features. Its multifunction dock empties the robot's dirtbag and replenishes its water tanks, as well as washing and sanitizing the mop pads as they go. The mopping system is capable of cleaning up a significant portion of a space before returning to its dock and the vacuum's high suction does a nice job of removing dirt and pet hair that accumulates on carpets.

The software that runs this appliance is fairly dense, offering a wide variety of options to personalize the cleaning process. You can choose to manually start an entire map and clean of everything that is mapped by the device or you can choose individual rooms, expandable zones or even a routine that you've created. The Qrevo was a great performer in our tests, just as all Roborock models that we've test. Its navigation system is efficient by quickly mapping rooms and cleaning in a neat manner. The 'Normal' setting for pathing is excellent at covering a room, leaving no major gaps or missing areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system works fairly well, too however it's not as advanced as the color camera system on the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It is able to detect dangers like thick carpets but might not be able to recognize smaller items such as rug tassels and electrical wires.

This device has a major flaw: it does not have a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for people who vacuum frequently prior to using their robot. There's a simple solution: The app offers an option that lets you "clean up" at the conclusion of every vacuuming session.
