The technology used to navigate in the Q5+ is superb and has very few misses in corners and along walls.

The Q5+, just like other Roborock products, can be controlled by just a few buttons on the device, or via the Roborock App. The app lets you start and stop cleaning. You can also set up schedules, create virtual barriers and no-go areas and modify your home map or re-label rooms.

If you opt for the Q5+ it includes a new auto-emptying dock that's designed to make this robot easier to maintain. Installing it requires a screwdriver however, once it's in place emptying the bin can be accomplished with relative ease. It has a large LCD screen which is helpful in setting up schedules and adjusting settings. This isn't a necessity for the majority of people, but it's one that can assist you in keeping the track of the maintenance intervals for your robot easily.

3. Narwal Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra is a well-rounded robot mop and vacuum that's astonishingly clever in its mopping and vacuuming capabilities. Its design and functionality are among the best inexpensive robot vacuum on the market however it's expensive.

Its LiDAR and laser sensors aren't as reliable as other robovacs, which means it sometimes gets stuck or confused in certain rooms or corners of the home. It can't climb stairs as well as some competitors,, and it doesn't have a dock that lets you to create an exclusive cleaning zone for carpets that are soft.

Although it doesn't have as much in the way of cleaning options available in its app, or as many shortcuts in the app as some other robovacs, the Freo X Ultra is still an excellent choice for those looking for a comprehensive robot vacuum and mop that's worth the premium price cost.

The Eufy Qrevo curv, for example is a bit more expensive, but offers more features, such as stair climbing and a full-function Dock, that provides an improved overall experience when vacuuming on bare floors, low-pile carpets and even high-pile carpets.

4. Eufy RoboVac G30

Eufy, a Anker company, has a track record of producing robot vacuums that strike the right balance between features, performance and price. The G30 Hybrid offers a powerful cleaning power for carpets and hard floors, as well as a mopping function for a low cost. Its smaller dust canister does not require emptying as often and is less prone to suffocating bulky material such as cereal.
