Mollie was the mascot of Jetstream Junction. The park had a spinning rollercoaster known as Rooftop races as well as a play structure named Mollie's Landing Pad. Mollie was best pals with another mascot from the park, Rambley the Raccoon. Mollie was described by her owner as a playful and adventurous bird, who loved to build planes. However, she would sometimes crash them. It is possible that her violent behavior is the result of being neglected and abused by the park's staff, as suggested by a few of her voice lines when she chases or stalks the player.

She has a resemblance to Unique Geese's fanmade Garten of Banban remake, Reincarnated. Her beta model was also featured in the initial teaser trailer.

In the trailer, she's also described as "the best pilot you'll ever meet" and "the most experienced pilot who is always in the crash." Some have speculated that Mollie may be gay. However, UniqueGeese has denied this on live stream. The aviator bird stalks the player at various points in the trailer. It is most apparent when she is in Jetstream Junction, which includes the spinning plane known as Rooftop races as well as Mollie's Landing Pad.
