The iRobot Home App is easy to use but we found it less reliable than other robotic cleaner applications. It can take a while to download updates and it can be difficult to know whether they're working until you see them in action.

Its vacuuming capabilities are also impressive. It's the few robovacs I've tested that does a really good job of cleaning up debris from plain floors, and is not as loud as the more expensive Roomba 980 or iRobot 900 series.

But the Freo X Ultra has its faults, especially in terms of navigation. Its laser sensors and LiDAR sensors aren't as reliable and reliable as other robovacs. This means that it can get stuck or confused in certain corners or rooms in the house. It also can't climb stairs like other competitors and doesn't come with a docking station to create a cleaning area for plush carpets.

The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a great option for those looking for a vacuum robot that can do it all.

The G30 on the other hand, is more affordable and much more manageable to maintain. Its smaller size means that it doesn't need to be empty as often and has less difficulty handling bulky products like cereal.
