It struggled with fine particles and didn't always clear the raised thresholds in rooms. Its operating noise is also relatively high, so it may be less of a "set-and-forget" model than some.

The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, has a docking systems that allow it to refill its clean water, empty the dust bin and wash and dry the mop, as well as empty its mop pad. It uses laser mapping and a camera to make an image of your home, so it knows which areas to avoid. In addition, unlike other vacuums that can mop, it has object/obstacle detection that avoids items such as bowls and dog toys (but not poop).

Other great features include a self-emptying dustbin and a mop that is self-washing, adjustable to water temperature, and a side-reaching mops that can reach areas that other mops cannot reach. You can also set your own cleaning schedule in the app and customize settings for every room in your home.

It features the same multi-room smart mapping that is found in the S8 and is able to distinguish between carpets and laminate with high-pile rug. And, if you're looking to cut down on time, it can even avoid mopping rooms that aren't soiled. If you have several types of flooring options in your home and don't want to spend extra money on a Roborock that comes with advanced mapping features it is an excellent option.

7. Q5 Pro

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is a great robot vacuum and mop for those who live in cramped areas. It's very quiet and fast and does a great job of getting around tight spots. It also does a very excellent job of pulling pet hair out of carpeting.

It's smaller than many of its competitors, but it doesn't sacrifice features. It has good suction power and can be set to take pictures of every object it finds (i.e. chew toys, socks), and mark them in the app as "not located' so that they are not removed in future cleanings. Its photos are encrypted and are not connected to your account.

It's great for vacuuming, but not as good in mopping. It makes use of disposable wipes that are clipped onto the bot's bottom and drags them across the floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal that have reservoirs of water, and can automatically wash and attach their mophead.
