WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

They can be purchased by players through NPCs that sell upgrades to items in exchange for different currencies, and can be found in random treasure lists. This is especially applicable to items like trinkets and rings that take up several slots. The account-wide discount will only apply when all slots on the character are filled with high-quality equipment.
