The object detection is also an issue that is hit-and-miss. It was able to skirt around furniture and other obstacles however, it got stuck on a looser rug with tassels, and needed to turn to release itself. But these are minor flaws, and the Yeedi Cube is still a ideal choice for those who want an all-in-one cleaner.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a home cleaning solution. Its mopping technology is advanced and features the ability to rotate in a manner like hand scrubbing which results in floors that are actually cleaned, not just cleaned. The detachable stick vacuum mop cleaner robot is a game-changer that allows you to get into places that robot vacuums can't.

This model is basically the same as the popular X2 Omni, but with an a bit higher suction capacity of 8700Pa and some additional clever features. This robot is just a few hundred dollars more than the S8 and does an excellent job of keeping my home office clean. It can also reach the corners of my small apartment. It utilizes a laser mapping camera and laser to create a 3D-map of your home so it knows what to stay clear of. It has an object/obstacle detector that will stay clear of things like dog bowls and toys (but not poop) unlike most vacuums.

Other great features include a self emptying dustbin, a mop that is self-washing and adjustable for water temperature, and a side-reaching brush that can reach areas that other mops miss. You can also set your own cleaning schedule in the app and set custom the settings for each room in your home.

Similar to the S8, it has multi-room smart mapping and can distinguish between carpets, laminate and hardwood flooring with high-pile rugs. And, if you're looking to cut down on time, it can even avoid mopping rooms that aren't soiled. It's an excellent option when you have a mix of flooring in your home and don't want to spend the money to buy the Roborock with advanced mapping features.

7. Q5 Pro

This robot is a great choice to consider if you're looking for a versatile robot that can perform regular maintenance and touch-ups for messy water stains. It comes with a wide range of features that include a self-emptying dustbin as well as a dock that can be used to refill water, and customizable settings via the app. It's surprisingly quiet and can move between furniture legs and socks with ease. It's not able to pick up knots in the rug and it drains its battery more quickly than other models we tested.

The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a powerhouse that provides a powerful suction and convenient automation, all in a sleek and stylish. It wasn't as efficient as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our tests of vacuuming, but overall it did quite well. It has a variety of cleaning modes, ranging from the low-power 'Quiet mode' for light debris to the more powerful "Turbo mode" for carpeted areas. It will even remove and reconnect the mop pads without causing your carpets wet.

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is an excellent robot vacuum and mop that can be used in small areas. It's quiet and quick and does a great job of getting around tight spots. It is also very good in removing pet hair from carpets.

It's smaller than many of its competitors however it doesn't sacrifice any features. It has a decent amount of suction power and it's possible to take photos of every object it finds (i.e. chew toys, or socks) and mark them as 'not found in the app to ensure that they won't be picked up during future cleanings. The photos are secure and not tied to your account.

It's great at vacuuming, but not as good in mopping. It makes use of disposable wipes that are clipped to the bot's bottom, and then drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal models, which have water reservoirs and automatically wash and reattach their mopheads.
