Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can boost the stats of a piece and at times even add additional features. The worth of these upgrades is determined by the gear's tiers, their requirements and how many random augmentations are applied.

The racial Shield elite Razortail for instance, is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption function in PvP or provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in the PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens are a way to reroll a purchased item like armor, weapon, or rings. This replaces the item with another item of the same type, but with different benefits. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective method to upgrade equipment. They don't maintain the original equipment's condition, and any resources wasted aren't rewarded.

The survivors can get Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in crates and chests or purchased at the local store at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attribute of an item such as increasing the damage it can cause.

Players can roll their equipment into three aspects three categories: physical power, magic power and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase the damage caused by weapons and melee attack and spell power boost mage attacks and the ring. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional amount of health.

There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each upgrade elevates an item to a better quality, with the requirement of an upgraded reroll token in order to produce it. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, while rare upgrades require a special or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

The reroll marker, unlike other markers or tokens that are placed on action areas, stays on the spot until the next Success is being rerolled. This lets you avoid wasting upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes that appear at the beginning of every preparation phase. They can be opened with Interact by grasping them. Once they're opened, they display a full description and the icon of the relevant appliance or ingredient. The restaurant's shop will trade blueprints for a brand new appliance or ingredient for a small amount.

During a run, blueprints can be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool due to selected Franchise Cards. This affects the kind of blueprints that a restaurant's shop has available to reroll and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons such as armor, weapons, and other accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that increase the quality of an item upgrading by increasing its stats and attributes. These items can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. These stones can also be obtained by players who complete daily contracts.

To upgrade gear players must first locate the item, then click the "level up button". This will display a menu that shows the item's current status and what it will be after being upgraded as well as the necessary amount of Growth Stones to do so. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires a single Growth Stone.

Once they have decided on the upgrade, players need to select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to utilize and pay the appropriate cost. Once the player has satisfied the requirements, he is able to select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item's level a certain percentage. Depending on the item's rarity the upgrade process can take anywhere from seconds to minutes.

The upgrade process is risk-free and does not impact the durability of the item. It's an excellent choice for those who want to get an edge in combat but don't want to strain their wallets. Moreover, players can transfer the experience and the progress of an upgraded item onto a new item upgrade by clicking the "transfer" tab.

New players may find it difficult to acquire Growth Stones. There are a variety of methods to obtain these stones, such as completing contracts and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or getting them from the reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is a feature that allows players to increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms and trinkets. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials, and also pay a cost in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will consume the upgrade components and grant the item a higher level, granting the item a boost in that area. This process continues until the item reaches its highest level.

Items with upgraded base stats will display an icon of blue in their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components cannot be stacked against each other, and can only be added to a single item at one time. Furthermore, each upgrade component will require a certain amount of items to be added and a minimum level for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left, players can add items to be upgraded. On the right side, previews show what the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once is a player has enough resources will begin the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each upgrade, the stats of the base item will be increased by an amount of. The maximum level of an item is 19.

Once an item has reached its maximum level, its upgrades will no longer be available to it. When a piece of equipment is upgraded to a certain track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades to that track will come with discounted prices.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be inserted into armor, weapons trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to give an additional bonus or effect while the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors, looted, obtained through questing or exchanged between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, however doing so will destroy the previous upgrade, excluding for glyphs that can be replaced and removed at any time.

Requirements

item upgrades (you can check here) give players the ability to boost certain stats of weapons and armor that they currently own. The requirements for upgrading an item differ based on the type of item however, you'll generally require Dilithium along with the number of Upgrade Tokens.

The upgrade items can be slotted into equipment set pieces or weapons to provide added effects or a higher quality item. These upgrades can be obtained from a variety of sources, including crafting, purchasing at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component has been inserted into an object, it cannot be removed or replaced. However the glyphs can be swapped freely.

Upgrading an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. In addition, certain upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can enhance the stats of the item.

For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" improves base defense and gives an additional 20% chance to block. The DPS "Wildfire", however increases damage from weapons.

Certain items are better off being upgraded less because of their improved stats and more because it allows players to gain the maximum amount of value out of a perfect roll on the item. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for example is highly sought-after by melee PvP communities and could be worth up to 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.

If you choose an upgrade component to be inserted into an item the game will show an in-game window that lists the required requirements. These include the type of item (either Armor or Weapon) and the level of the item as well as the upgrade item Token needed, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.

Once you've met the required requirements for upgrading the game will put the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will update to indicate how close to completing it. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any item upgrader NPC.
