What is an Item Upgrader in Pokemon Go?

The other is the cost of the materials required for an upgrade. The items used for upgrades are usually either Power Dices (dropped by monsters 21+) or Minerals and Erons (obtainable by completing specific Mists of Pandaria or Warlords of Draenor quests). These materials can be found in the inventory of an Upgrade Vendor.

It takes time to upgrade an item. Based on the magnitude of the upgrade, it can take anywhere from 8 to 12 hours. The upgraded item's base stats are calculated by using the new ilvl of the item upgrading bonus, perks, as well as other properties. This calculation determines the latest Armor Class bonus, damage dice, and other important statistics. In some cases, an upgrade can grant additional perks. These perks are listed in a list.
