Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrading gear increases its base stats, and sometimes enhances its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random enhancements used.

The elite racial Shield Razortail For instance, it is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption capability in PvP, and/or to add additional defenses to missile-based designs in the PvM. This makes it more tradable than the non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens can be used to reroll an item you have acquired, such as a weapon, armor, or ring. This replaces the item with another of the same kind, but with different bonuses. Reroll tokens are an efficient method of upgrading equipment. However, they don't retain the quality of the original item upgrader mod, and any wasted resources aren't refunded.

Survivors can obtain Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in chests and crates or bought from the market for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter an attribute of a piece of equipment that could include increasing its damage or granting it a brand new stat.

Players can roll equipment with three aspects: physical power, spell power, and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase damage from weapons and melee attack while upgrades to spell power boost mage attacks and the ring. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional level of health.

There are three types of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to a higher quality. To create them, you require an upgrade level token for rerolling. Upgrades require a standard item. Rare upgrades require items that are either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The marker for rerolling, unlike markers or tokens placed on action areas, stays on the spot until the next Success is rerolled. This lets you not waste upgrades.

Blueprints appear in the form of envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase and can be opened by grabbing them using Interact. Once they are open, they display a full description and an icon for the corresponding Appliance or Ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's store for the amount of coins.

During the course of an event, blueprints may be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on the choice of Franchise Cards. This alters the kind of blueprints that a restaurant's shop has available for rerolls and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons, armor, and accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that increase the level of an item by improving its stats or attributes. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. They can also purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a price. Moreover, players can obtain these stones by completing daily contracts.

To upgrade gear players must first locate the item upgrades then click the "level up button". The menu will appear showing the item's current level and what it will be after being upgraded as well as the necessary amount of Growth Stones to do so. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Most often rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, while uncommon armor requires a single green or blue Growth Stone.

Once they have decided on the upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to utilize and pay the appropriate cost. Once the player has satisfied the requirements, they can select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. The item upgrader mod will be raised in level by a certain percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item the upgrade process can take between seconds and minutes.

The upgrade process also is risk-free, and does not impact the durability of the item. This makes it an excellent way for players to get an advantage in combat without putting stress on their accounts. Additionally, players can transfer the experience and advancement of an upgraded item to a new gear by clicking on the "transfer" tab.

The process of acquiring Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be a challenge for novice players. However, there are many ways to obtain them, including signing contracts and buying them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from the reward chests that are available during the Ancient Arena season. Additionally, players can cut down higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an option that allows you to boost the power of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets as well as helms. It is achieved by the combination of an item with upgrades at the Upgrade Station and paying a fee of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will consume upgrade components and grant the item a higher level, granting the item an additional boost in that area. This process continues until the item reaches its highest level.

Items with upgraded base stats will display the blue icon in their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components do not stack against each other, and can only be added to a single item at a time. Each upgrade component also requires an amount of items as well as a certain equipment level.

The Upgrade Station features two slots: the left one is where players can place a piece of equipment that they wish to upgrade, and the right shows a preview of what the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. When the player has enough items, pressing the yellow arrow will begin the upgrade process.

A piece of gear can be upgraded up to five times. Each time an item is upgraded, its base stats will increase by a small amount. The maximum level for an Best item Upgrade is 19.

When an item reaches its highest level, upgrades will no longer be available for it. In the same way, once an item reaches a certain upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track ) they will be discounted.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be inserted into armor, weapons trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to give an attribute bonus or extra effect while the equipment is in use. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, however doing so will damage the previous upgrade, except for glyphs which can be removed and replaced freely.

Requirements

Upgrades to items allow players to boost the stats of certain armors and weapons they already have. The requirements to upgrade an item vary depending on the kind of item, but typically you'll need Dilithium and a variety of Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).

The upgrade items can be slotted into equipment set pieces and weapons for added effects or a higher quality item. The upgrades can be acquired from various sources in the game, including crafting, purchased at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses and raids, or dropped from dungeons. Once an upgrade element is inserted into an item, it cannot be removed and changed without restriction, however, glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped out without restriction.

Upgrades can increase the Mark Level of an item or Rarity. Some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can boost the stats of the item upgrader kit.

For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense, and gives an additional 20% chance of blocking. In addition the dps enhancement "Wildfire" increases damage to weapons.

Certain items benefit from upgrading not so much for their improved stats, but for the fact that it allows players to gain the most value from a perfect roll on the item. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for instance, is highly valued by melee PvP communities and could be worth up to 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.

When you choose an upgrade component to be inserted into an item upgrader the game will show a pop-up window that shows the required requirements. The game will show the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

If you've fulfilled the requirements for upgrading, the game will place the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will update to show how close you are to completing it. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
