Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can increase the performance of a piece of equipment and at times even add additional features. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the amount of random enhancements applied.

For instance, the top shield of racial violence Razortail is often upgraded to enhance its lightning absorb ability in PvP or to provide additional defenses to missile-based designs in PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens permit you to buy a new item, like armor, weapon, or ring. This allows you to swap the item for a different one similar one, with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens can be an efficient method of upgrading equipment. However, they don't keep the same level as the original item and any resources wasted will not be refunded.

Survivors may acquire reroll tokens by a variety of means like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in crates and chests or purchase them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change an attribute of an item that could include increasing its damage or granting it a brand new stat.

Players can roll equipment with three attributes, physical power, spell power and health. Physical power upgrades increase the damage done by weapons and melee attacks and spell power improves rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades give players an additional level of health.

There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates an item to a higher-quality, with the requirement of a higher-level reroll token in order to create it. Upgrades require a standard item. Rare upgrades require an item that is unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The marker for rerolling, unlike special tokens or markers placed on action areas, remains on the space till the next success is being rerolled. This lets you save upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the beginning of each Preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by pressing on them. Once they're opened they will display a complete description and an icon for the corresponding Appliance or Ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of coins.

During a run, blueprints can be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool due to selected Franchise Cards. This alters the blueprints the restaurant's shop offers for rerolls, and those that are located in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones that boost the value of an item upgrader mod by improving its stats or characteristics. These items can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a fee. Moreover, players can obtain these stones by completing daily contracts.

To upgrade gear, players must first find the item they want to upgrade and then click on the "level up" button. This will display a menu showing the item's current level and what it will be after being leveled up as well as the necessary amount of Growth Stones to do so. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Typically rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, while uncommon armor requires just one green or blue Growth Stone.

After deciding what to upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. Once the player has met the requirements, he can select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item's level a certain percentage. The upgrade process can take between a few seconds and minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process is also safe and doesn't impact the item upgrader kit's durability. The system is an excellent option for players who wish to gain an advantage in battle but don't want burden their wallets. Additionally players can transfer experience and the progress of an upgraded item to a new gear by clicking on the "transfer" tab.

For new players, it can be difficult to acquire Growth Stones. However, there are many ways to acquire these stones, such as contract completion and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests that are available during the Ancient Arena season. In addition, players can break down higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an optional feature that allows players to increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item upgrade with upgrade materials, and then pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will consume the upgrade materials and grant the item an upgrade level, giving the item a boost in the area. The process will continue until the item is at its highest level.

Items with upgraded stats will be displayed as a blue icon next to their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, cannot be added to more than one item at a time. Each upgrade component requires an amount of items, as well as a minimum equipment level.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place items to be upgraded. On the right, previews show what the gear will look like at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow after a player has sufficient materials will start the upgrading process.

A piece of gear can be upgraded up to five times. Each time it is upgraded, the base stats of the item will be increased by only a tiny amount. The maximum level for an item is 19.

When an item is at its maximum level and is no longer upgraded, it does not have the option to upgrade. Likewise, once an item reaches a certain upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades to that track will have a discount.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can slot into weapons, armors trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets to provide an extra effect or attribute benefit while the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors, looted, acquired through quests or exchanged between players. Upgrade components can be changed with new ones. However, this can ruin the previous upgrade.

Requirements

Item upgrades give players the ability to increase certain stats on armor and weapons that they currently have. The requirements to upgrade an item will vary based on the kind of item, but typically you'll need Dilithium and a number of upgrade items Tokens (various options available).

Item upgrade components can be slotted into equipment set pieces and weapons for extra effects or a higher level of the item. These upgrades can be obtained from a variety of sources, including crafting, buying from the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component is inserted into an item, it cannot be removed and replaced freely, however, the glyphs that are used in gathering tools can be swapped out without restriction.

Upgrades can increase the Mark Level or Rarity. Some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can increase the stats of the item.

The upgrade to the helm "Foundation of the Sun" for instance, increases the base defense and gives an additional 20 percent chance of blocking. Additionally the dps upgrade "Wildfire" boosts weapon damage.

Upgrades can be beneficial for some items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable to players when they achieve an exact roll. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for instance, is highly valued by the melee PvP communities and can be worth up to 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.

When you choose an upgrade component that you want to put into an item the game will display an in-game window that lists the necessary requirements. This includes the type of item (either weapon or armor), the tier of that item and the Upgrade Token required, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.

Once you've satisfied the conditions for upgrading the game will put the item in your inventory and the progress bar will update to show how close you are to completing the upgrade. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by going to any item upgrader NPC.
