It also has mop lifter that will lift the pad automatically as it transitions between tile and laminate, hardwood and carpet or rugs to avoid soaking the soft surfaces.

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a premium robot vacuum and mop combination. The premium price is justified by the powerful features, including a large vacuuming capacity and two mop heads that gyrate. It also includes an app-based controller that is smart and a mighty obstacle avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 Euros which is among the highest robotic vacuum and mop combos available. In my tests, it did well across all areas of the home, taking out 98.4 percent of debris from all floors and managing to lift hair that is long without tangling. The mops were also excellent in delivering outstanding cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models due to their rotational motion and the powerful cleaning solution.

The docking station is the main selling point of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and sophisticated. The docking station emptys the dustbin into a bag for dirt, then refills the water tank to use to mop and also dry mop pads. It also has a real-time hazard detection system and allows you to schedule regular cleaning sessions using its intelligent controls.

The L10S Ultra does not offer superior carpet debris removal performance in comparison to the other hybrid mops I tested. In addition, its mops aren't as adept at removing staining that is as strong as those in the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra, which is the most expensive model. Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

In spite of the L10S Ultra's premium features, it requires regular care and maintenance. The S1 Pro performed well in the navigation efficiency and coverage tests, just like the majority of robots that vacuum and mop. It was quick to map a room and it was able to navigate around furniture. The only issue is that it got stuck a couple of times on larger pile carpets and rugs during my tests however this could be rectified when the software is upgraded. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that provides lots of features at an affordable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock’s entry-level mop and vacuum cleaner but it does have some outstanding features. The dock's multifunction allows emptying the robot's dirtbag, filling its water tanks and washing and sanitizing mop pads is done by the dock. The mopping system itself is capable of cleaning a good bit of an area before returning to its dock, and the vacuum's extreme suction does a nice job of picking up debris and pet hair from carpets.

The software that runs the appliance is dense, and offers a variety of options to customize the cleaning process. You can choose to manually start the full map and then clear everything that's been that the device maps, or you can pick particular rooms, expandable zones, or even a schedule you've created. There are several mopping options, including SmartPlan -- an algorithm that utilizes the sensors of the mops to determine the most efficient way to clean your home as it maps the area.

The Qrevo did well in our tests, like the other Roborock models that we've evaluated. Its navigation system is solid, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning them in an organized way. The 'Normal" pathing settings cover the room thoroughly, without any major gaps or missing areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system works fairly well, too, though it's not as advanced as the color camera system of the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect hazards such as thick carpets but it might not always recognize smaller things like rug tassels or electrical wires.

The one glaring flaw of this machine is the lack of a mop after vacuum option, which could be a problem for those who spend a lot of time vacuuming prior to cleaning with their robot. There's a simple solution to this issue: the app has an option that lets you "clean up", at the end of each vacuuming session. You can use the vacuum's mopping capabilities to remove the dust and traces that were left behind after vacuuming.
