I've observed that any carpet that the robot crosses will be in contact with the rough Velcro like fastener system on mount, which can cause scratches.

The S8 Pro Ultra is equipped with a variety of smart features that include support for Google Home and Amazon Alexa. You can set up and manage these using the Roborock app that is also home to its maps and advanced mopping settings. The app allows you to schedule cleanings and monitor the battery's life. You'll need to go through some hoops to activate voice control on this model. It's a shame, considering how well-performing it is otherwise.
