Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

The upgrade of gear can increase its base stats and sometimes boosts its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the number of random augmentations that are applied.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens let you buy a new item, such as armor, weapon, or ring. This swaps the current item for another of the same type with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens can be an economical method of upgrading equipment. They don't maintain the original level of the item, and any resources wasted won't get compensated.

Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors via a variety of methods such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in chests and crates or buy them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter an attribute of a piece of equipment, such as increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.

Players can roll equipment in three categories: physical power, spell power and health. Physical power increases the damage that melee and weapons, while spell power upgrades rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades give the player an additional amount of health.

Three types of rerolls tokens are available: upgrade rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to a higher quality. To create them, you require a higher level token for rerolling. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, rare upgrades require a unique or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

The marker that rerolls, unlike markers or tokens placed on action areas, remains on the space until the next success is being rerolled. This is a way to avoid wasting upgrades.

Blueprints appear in the form of envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase, and can be opened by grabbing them with Interact. When they are opened they show a complete description and the icon of the relevant appliance or ingredient. The restaurant's shop will swap blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.

In the end, you can move blueprints between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This affects the kind of blueprints that a restaurant's shop sells to reroll and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons such as armor, weapons, and other accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that boost the level of an item by increasing its stats and abilities. Players can locate these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. These stones can also be purchased by players who have completed daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment players must first locate the appropriate item and then click the "level up" button. This will show a list of the item's level, and what it will become when it is upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires a single Growth Stone.

After deciding what to upgrade, players need to select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. After the player has met the requirements, they can hit the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will raise the item's level a certain percentage. Based on the rarity of the item, the upgrade process can be as quick as a few seconds to minutes.

The upgrade process is also safe and doesn't impact the longevity of the item. This is a great way for players who want to gain an advantage in combat, but don't want to burden their wallets. Furthermore players can transfer experience and advancement of an upgraded item to new one by clicking on the "transfer" tab.

The process of obtaining Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be a challenge for novice players. There are a variety of ways to acquire these stones, such as contract completion and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. Additionally players can take apart the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an optional feature that allows players to increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials and pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will use up the upgrade components and grant the item an upgrade level, giving the item level upgrade a boost in that particular area. This process can continue until the item reaches its highest level.

Items with upgraded stats will have a blue icon next to their slot. Unlike enchantments, however, upgrade components do not stack with one another, and can only be added to a single item at one time. Each upgrade component will require an amount of items, as well as a minimum level of equipment.

The Upgrade Station features two slots: the left is where players can add a piece of equipment that they wish to upgrade, and the right slot shows a preview of what the equipment will appear like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow when the player has enough materials will begin the upgrade process.

An item of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time the item is upgraded, its stats will be increased by a small percentage. The maximum level of an item is 19.

Once an item has reached its maximum level, its upgrades are no longer available to it. When an item reaches a specific upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track ) they will be discounted.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be slotted into armor, weapons trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to give an added bonus or effect while the equipment is being used. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, obtained by completing quests or exchanged between players. Upgrade components can be changed with new ones. However, this can ruin the previous upgrade.

Requirements

Upgrading an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. In addition, certain upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can enhance the stats of the item.

The helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun", for instance, increases the base defense and gives an additional 20 percent chance to block. The dps "Wildfire", on the other hand increases damage from weapons.

Upgrades can be beneficial to certain items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable for the players when they achieve a perfect roll. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x the non-upp'd version.

The game will show you the requirements when you select the upgrade component that goes into the item. These include the item type (either Weapon or Armor) and the level of the item, the upgrade Token required, as well as the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.
