3. Delta Children LX Side by Side

This Delta Children bare-bones travel stroller is a great choice for parents who are looking for a second stroller that is affordable. It earned an eye-catching score in our Strollers and Multiples test for weight and fold size, which means it's very lightweight single stroller, small when collapsed and easy to move into a trunk of a car or closet. It also offers an adjustable reclining seat that can be positioned in several positions as well as a parent cup holder. Other key features include 360-degree shock absorbing front wheels and two large storage bags that hang from the ceiling.

It performed better in our push and turn test than many of the other strollers we tested, but it is still difficult to maneuver over uneven terrain or through narrow doors. Its sunshades were among the smallest strollers we test. They only cover the top of the stroller and do not have peekaboo windows. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 has a significantly larger canopy.

The Delta took us just over 3 minutes to put together using an average manual and no components required tools. The front wheels can to be locked in a forward-facing position or rotate. This is helpful when navigating rough terrain. We allowed the front wheels to rotate during our walk on the stony path. It was able to handle this well, even though it felt to be a bit rougher.

5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2

Baby Jogger is most famous for its 3-wheeled all-terrain strollers that jog. However, they also make a broad selection of pushchairs with four wheels. City Tour 2 is their most loved model. It is easy to use and folds small enough to fit into the car boot, even with the carrycot attached.

It weighs more than other strollers we've tried, but because it has rubber composite wheels, it feels sturdy and well-made. It is easy to maneuver over different terrains and even with two kids, a shopping bag and other items.

Both the seat and the carrycot come with hoods that are able to be lower to reveal a UV50and sun canopy extensions. They are durable and waterproof, in contrast to other hoods for prams that can be blown back onto toddlers faces.

It's not the biggest of storage space, however it does have a large basket that's deep enough for an infant's changing bag and plenty of food items. You can also connect it with a Baby Jogger infant car seat to create a travel system for babies up to 20 lb (car seat and adapters sold separately). If you are looking for a stroller that can be used on the road, the City Tour 2 is an excellent choice.

6. Nuna Mixx Next
