However, even the BOB Revolutionflex 3.0 Combo and the Baby Jogger City Mini GT 2 Combo can be pushed with one hand.

Some models can be difficult to remove or attach from the base. The Doona Combo, for example, requires a two-step attachment process and straps that slide over the infant carrier's bottom portion. It's tempting to skip the steps but it could result in dangerous outcomes.

Similarly some models are hard to fold away and store, which makes them less practical than other. Easy to Fold

The best combos we've tested come with a simple, one-handed fold that's compact and sturdy enough to use for long walks. They're also easy to maneuver, moving smoothly over bumps and uneven surfaces. Some combos are connected and removed using straps. This may be a bit like a second step, and can make it difficult for parents to secure their car seat properly.

The only drawback is that they're very heavy and therefore it's difficult to lift them up when you're carrying a child in the car seat.

Easy to Assemble

Certain car seat and stroller combinations can be difficult to put together. We found that the UPPAbaby Cruz v2 Combo was one of the easiest to build, and it comes with a handy quick-start guide that makes putting this system together an easy task. Other models we tested like the UPPAbaby Minu, UPPAbaby Vista v2, Thule Urban Glide 2 in 1 bassinet stroller, and Baby Trend Snap-N-Go EX Universal were also relatively simple to put together. The BOB Revolution Flex 3.0 Combo however isn't easy to put together. It requires two steps to attach the lower anchors and using straps that protect the bottom of the carrier. It's also very heavy, which means it takes two hands to secure the carrier into the base and detach it from there.

In our tests, it took us about 5 minutes to put the UPPAbaby v2 together, which is relatively rapid when you consider how much time is saved by not having to remove the pieces. The toddler seat can be attached and detached easily on most of these models.
