The Cybex Gazelle is a gazelle even when filled with groceries and up to three kids. The drawback is that it lacks a an additional seat or a kid board for growing families.

The TAVO Next is a budget stroller that is able to accommodate children as heavy as 50 pounds. It's spacious and the seat reclines and lies flat. The Cybex Gazelle is easy to maneuver and lightweight, making it ideal for parents who enjoy exploring. It also comes with a large storage basket underneath and a variety of attachments to allow parents to take lighter shopping items or groceries with it. It's a little more expensive than other two in one prams, but it's well worth the investment because the quality and performance are top-of-the-line.

This stroller has a one-pull safety harness that makes it easy to secure your child in the seat. It also comes with an adjustable sun canopy that has peek-a-boo and XXL panels. It also has a practical tray for parents to store drinks, snacks, and phone. Our mom tester Sophie from London used the stroller with her two daughters aged 5 and 10 months. She found it very easy to maneuver and smooth on streets with cobbles, even when the ground was slick. 4. Joovy Twin Roo+

A frame stroller that is minimalist The Twin Roo+ offers car seat click-in compatibility and a large storage bin. It is among the lightest double strollers available on the market. It weighs 24 pounds without attachments for infant car seats which is light for a double stroller. It's a little heavier than the UPPAbaby v2 double and the Thule Urban Glide 2 in 1 pushchair double.

The Roo+ is simple to use and comes with a handy quick-start guide. It snaps together quickly and takes less than 10 minutes to get road-ready. It doesn't come with a canopy built-in, so your babies will require their own sunshades if they require additional protection from the elements.

Through our testing, we discovered the Roo+ to maneuver well for a dual stroller. It can maneuver through all terrains, but it has issues with grassy areas as well as over gravel. It can be difficult to steer over and up 1-inch curbs. We wouldn't recommend using this stroller off the road or on stairs, however it does offer excellent suspension to limit bumps for the passengers.

While the Roo+ has a large under-seat storage bin but it's not easy to access without removing the infant car seats. This is a problem that twin frame strollers typically have however Joovy provides an additional baby carrier that fits under the seat to help solve this issue.

In contrast to top-scoring strollers the Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. It's a small price to pay for the car seat compatibility and storage, but we would prefer to have a stroller that has more flexibility. Its flexibility in seating configuration is a benefit, however, as it allows parents to place their children's infant car seats facing opposite directions or in the same direction, to better suit their needs.

5. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side

Delta Children LX Side by Side scored high for weight and folded size. It's the top value double umbrella stroller we've seen in our review. It also scores well in maneuverability, which is a key feature for parents looking for a stroller that will fit into small spaces. The Delta is a basic product which is lacking some features that other strollers we tested include, such as the deep recline and large storage basket. It's a great choice for families on a limited budget or for those who need a second stroller occasionally such as for trips to the Zoo.

The LX Side-by-Side is a light and compact stroller. It is easy to turn and push. Its relatively small frame and swivel wheels on the front as well as padded shoulder pads provide a smooth ride for your little ones. It is comfortable for passengers thanks to its multi-position reclining seat and cup holder for parents.

It also has a huge European-style canopy that provides shade from the sun and some protection from light winds. It also has two storage bags as well as a five-point harness to ensure safety.
