The Cloud received one of the lowest scores in our quality tests due to the fact that it has a weak, hard plastic seat and a design which is dated. It's also costly compared to other strollers with lighter weights, so it's not the best option in the event you're looking for a low-cost option.

While it's not the most light double stroller, it has enough features to be worth a look. Its swiveling wheels make it easy for you to navigate it on flat surfaces. It can also jump curbs with ease. The Cloud's low handle is a drawback but it's at knee level and isn't adjustable. It's not a comfortable thing to push with your legs dangling in the air like that and it's not helping that it's not padded.

In our tests, we discovered that the Cloud was easy to set up and opened. It's a little more difficult to close the cloud, however. You need to slide a slider before you pull a big white button to cause it to collapse. This can be quite a hassle if you are juggling children while doing it.

The Cloud has a small but deep storage basket that will be used to fit a medium-sized diaper bag. It's a bit narrow, though, and you'll likely have to put something in to reach back to get it back. The Cloud has a child and parent tray with two cup holders each however, they're both too narrow to hold larger cups or bottles.

Kolcraft is a family-owned business that has been in operation since 1946. They began by manufacturing crib pads and diapers, but now they manufacture various baby products, including highchairs and infant car seats. The company is based in Chicago and is an American manufacturer.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS is a lightweight and minimalist double stroller that's great for travel. It's extremely light at 18 pounds (lighter than some single strollers!) It folds flat, making it easy to transport and store. It also comes with independently reclined seats, large all-weather SPF 50 sun visors that have windows that peek out and extra-large under-seat storage bags. The visors are adjustable to accommodate kids of different heights. It also has a one-step linked parking brake and is Disney-sized approved.

Jeep's swivel wheel system is also great for maneuvering over bumps and uneven terrain. The stroller does not accept car seats so your kids should be at least 6 months old and have good neck control in order to ride in the front seat. The stroller comes with a three-panel sun canopy and each seat has its own cupholder and snack tray.

Another extremely light side-by-side stroller is the Valco Baby Snap Trend. It's a little heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 lbs, but it's amazingly thin and slim (26.5 inches wide!) It's got a lot of luxurious details that make it ideal for travel. It folds easily and is very mobile. It fits easily in overhead compartments as well as the trunks of planes.

Similar to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double and Mountain Buggy Nano Duo, the Joovy Kooper X2 is another tri-fold, ultralight double stroller. It's quite similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS, however, it does have a few key distinctions. It's more expensive, but it offers a more shady sun canopy and better maneuverability. It also comes with a handy carry strap and can hold children as heavy as 44 pounds per seat.

Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+

Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is a lightweight stroller with a lot of features. It's not just incredibly light at 13 pounds but also offers plenty of storage space in the form of parent and child cup holders, a child sippy-cup pocket, a parent storage pocket and much more. This stroller is also compatible with a child's car seat and features a flip-flop-friendly brake that is easily engaged. It's designed to grow with your child from a newborn stroller to a toddler stroller by simply attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children aged 6 months old and older.

The stroller is swivel-wheel only and no locking feature and therefore may not be the best option for rocky or steep terrain. It is able to maneuver well on pavements, as well as other smooth surfaces, though it's an excellent choice for the majority of families.

This is among the lightest and compact double strollers that comes with full-size features.
