There are many things to take into consideration when choosing the perfect double buggy from the time of birth. We spoke to Fourth Trimester postnatal retreat expert Katie Billingsley for her advice on everything from seating options to age ranges to folding mechanisms and storage space.

What type of buggy do you prefer?

A double buggy is great for transporting two children, not necessarily of the same age, side-by-side. They can also serve as prams and have the ability to recline within each seat, allowing your children can sit or lay down in various positions. They also come with plenty of storage space to store everything from snacks and drinks to wipes and nappies. They're usually lightweight twin buggy, fold up easily and are small enough to fit into your car boot. If you're a frequent driver, it's important to make sure the buggy's maneuverability using the folded wheels, as well as to get it in and out of your boot.

Do you require a traveling system?
