It also has an under-seat storage area and an adjustable shoulder strap which makes it easier to carry around when you're not pushing it. But the canopy adjuster can cause a lot of noise, which might disturb a sleeping toddler.

1. Contours Itsy

The Contours Itsy is a compact stroller that has a variety of features for its size. Its back under-seat basket is spring loaded, which means you can pull it down to put bags or diapers in, and it will open up to secure the contents. It also has a child's accessory holder and an adjustable reclining seat pad. This is more than you would find on a typical lightweight stroller.

2. Kolcraft Cloud Plus

This is a great choice for those who are looking for a lightweight travel stroller. It comes with all the features that parents want in a stroller. It has all-terrain tires and front suspension for smooth riding. It's also very light and weighs less than 12 pounds. It also has a handy one-hand and self-standing fold. It even has a child tray and parent tray and two cup holders.

The quality, however it is on the low side and it did not score well in our tests of maneuverability. It also has a swivel frame that makes pushing it over rough surfaces feel like lifting a heavy weight. It might be okay if you only use the stroller on paved sidewalks. However, for most people, it's not ideal.

Cloud Plus Cloud Plus has a three-tier extended canopy and a peek-a-boo window for added sun protection. Its multi-position seat can be used by children as heavy as 50 pounds and uses a 5-point safety restraint system. This is a great option for older toddlers that have outgrown their car seats for infants.

It's small and folds up in a combi single stroller step. It is able to be collapsed by pressing a button. It also comes with a brake that can be operated by a foot, which is simple and easy to adjust and release.

The handle is lower than the majority strollers we've examined however some parents may be uncomfortable using it for long periods. The handle locks in position when it's opened. This is a good feature to have if you are planning to use the stroller on uneven or gravelly terrain.

The BabyZen Yoyo+ is a bit more expensive than the other lightweight single buggy strollers however it was made specifically for luxury urban and travel. It's one of the easiest strollers to fold and comes with a convenient carry case. It is packed with storage space as well as a cupholder. The seat is comfortable for the child and the adult, and reclines to a nearly flat position. This is the only stroller that can be used for infants with the car seat adapter. The handlebar isn't adjustable and could pose a problem for some parents who are short.

The UPPAbaby Minu V2 may not be the most lightweight stroller, but it is packed with amazing features that make traveling with children easier. The spacious seat reclines into a flat position and has additional padding to make those airplane napping sessions more comfortable. The canopy that can be extended has plenty of sun-shade and the tray on the front offers a good amount of storage. It also has an adjustable handle that doubles as a footrest when folded. This footrest is prone to damage by baggage handlers.

4. Uppababy Minu V2

Uppababy Minu V2 is a stylish stroller with a top-quality design and high-end. Its compact design allows it to easily maneuver through narrow streets and tight spaces, but its sturdy construction lets it handle rough terrain without compromising the safety of your child. Front and rear spring-action suspensions provide a more comfortable ride for both of you, and its sturdy materials ensure it will hold up to every day wear and tear without losing its shape. Additionally it can be extended to accommodate additional accessories like baby car seat.

Even with a baby on hand, the Minu was very easy to fold and move around. Its squat nearly square fold that folds into thirds, is one of the most simple folds we've seen and allows it to fit into overhead compartments on planes and public transport. It has a single stroller with bench seat-action, color-coded brake that is easy to use.

The seat features an adjustable recline in multiple positions and a single running stroller-handed adjustable leg rest, making it easy to find the ideal position for your child. The UPF 50+ hood went down quite far, which was great for shielding Cora's eyes from the sun (though not quite as low as other strollers). There's also a medium-sized mesh peek-aboo window that closes magnetically and adheres to the canopy rather than using noisy Velcro.

The Minu weighs in at just 15 pounds, and comes with an integrated handle that makes it easy for transport. It also has an adjustable shoulder strap. It can also be stored in the trunk of your vehicle. It comes with a storage container and access to Uppababy's TravelSafe program that gives two years to the manufacturer's warranty. It also covers repairs for any items damaged during air travel.

5. Joovy Aire

Joovy is a well-known stroller brand offers a variety of models. This light model is a good choice for parents who are looking for an all-purpose stroller that can carry children around, provides ample storage, is fairly easy to maneuver and doesn't require a high engineering degree to fold. It's not the ideal choice for those who want a car seat-compatible model, or a double stroller, though. It doesn't accept infant car seats. Your children must be able to sit up on their backs before they can use it.

This stroller has some solid features, and it comes with a hefty price. It scored a higher rating in our maneuverability review than other models with similar specs, and it's an excellent option for smooth pavements. It also comes with a great canopy and plenty of storage including a large tray for parents. The front wheel suspension is a bit stiff and the handlebar is smaller in diameter than average, but it still provides a comfortable ride for adults.

If you have twins or two children of different ages, you may consider a stroller that is side-by-side is the best way to get them around. Our favorite is the Joovy Twin Groove. It has a lot of features and is small in size, so it can fit in places that other side-by-side strollers aren't.

It has individually reclining seats, a large canopy with an opening window that can be seen from afar and lots of storage. It's a bit heavier than other side-by-sides but it has a good weight capacity and can be used by children up to 50 pounds. You can add an infant bassinet to the front of the stroller for newborns.

If you are looking for an even more luxurious version of this stroller the Caboose Sit and Stand Stroller is a great alternative. It offers the same great features as the model above and comes with a bassinet that allows you to bring your baby home from the hospital in style.
